So what I tried to do was deal a unit a damage then give the same negative damage in a looping trigger, then detect if the unit is destroyed. Meaning I can detect a unit is below a certain hp. The trigger doesn't detect the unit as destroyed, so this didn't work. Next I tried if the unit is in fact destroyed can I keep it alive by dealing negative damage? No the unit is killed, but if quickly click the unit as you could do normally and see no hp stats, I can see the unit still has health but it still dies. I really think this is in impossible.
