Herzog de Puce, it includes the changes I mentioned earlier. Doesn't really use John the Late's latest suggestions because they received no real support. Might add those if I receive more feedback.
Apart from those balance changes, it adds a lot of new editor units and objects, history files, the Brandenburg monument and Brandenburg/Denmark Princely Court, and civ select music for Brandenburg. So that should complete the new civs.
