Diplomacy triggers

The only way I can think of is either by AI(doesn't work multiplayer) or by putting a saboteur next to an outpost and checking whether the outpost is destroyed(not ideal either).

I've asked for a diplomacy condition for AoF but got a negative response. Maybe I can ask if it can be included in the next userpatch instead. After all I think it's something that would be used often.
