AoF was some sort of cooperation between FE team and MGS/Skybox Labs, and it goes beyond AoF, since it adds new campaigns with interfaces, new artwork, and also new game modes. And all of that was made by programmers and artists that have been paid. Even the ones which gave graphics for AoFE(like Agammemnon, for example) received money. That's why AoF is paid. You are not buying the AoFE when buying AoF.
Anyway, you have full right to sell your source code. You have done a great work and you spend much time in making it. But, if I can ask for something, I would ask you to release a free compiled version at least. So, the people who don't have knowledge in Delphi (like me, in example), can use the new features of this Turtle Pack version.
