just Think about it the tibetans traim monks 25% faster, a monk cost only 100g and convert a unit evry 5 sec it wuld be verry easy for them to convert ALLOT of units in allmost no-time
Example: it takes 49 seconds for a normal monk to convert 2 units
it takes 10 sec for a Enlighted monk to convert 2 units thats, 5 times faster...
