Corporeal writes: I made a scenario which worked fine the last few weeks playing with 8 people. When I added a bunch of new triggers yesterday, it made at least 3 players start with no resources and houses, town centres and such added no more population room.
So instead I hosted an earlier version which we knew would work - I haven't made any changes to it for a week yet there was the exact same bug. In single-player works fine, even the latest version with the new triggers!
So far tried having someone else host, reinstalled the game, verified steam cache.
