I think it would be perfect for spy units, or ghosts... It will freeze the frame of an unit, even while he's walking. And it backs to normal when you active "Making a unit walk normaly".Wich sound?Every sound, that are playing in the moment (not the aoe default sounds; just the triggered sounds(musics, sfx, etc)).
You can list these sounds by an array String or whatever.
Another useful condition:
Game Speed[slow | normal | fast]. It would be useful for non-overlapping music loops in campaigns

Create unit[unit,rotation,invisible(boolean),frame(optional),Garrison[ID]
