Blender camera and lamp angles

This is taken at a 1600 x 900 resolution on a 350 orthographic scale. When I increase the resolution or decrease the orthographic scale, the unit become too big to fit in the game, as it appears that Turtle Pack judges the size of a unit based mainly on the number of pixels in it. Does anyone have any idea as to how to fix this?

Edit: you will have to scroll over on the first picture if you want to see the unit.
